Autism and Gut Feelings
Everyone has gut feelings but very few can sense it clearly. People with high EQ (Emotional Quotient) sense their gut feelings very clearly. Gut feelings are your subconscious notes, they are instinctive feelings. Many autistic individuals experience strong gut feelings, During full moon emotions gets overwhelmed which becomes hard to cope up with for many autistic individuals. When the gut feelings are overwhelmed with more positive thoughts during a full moon then days seem longer, nights are more active with less sleep , some may start laughing with over excitement, feeling more inspired , some may sing, humm more, hyperactivity increase, coping becomes hard whether it’s good or bad emotions .
Autism and gut feelings are interconnected . I am the one who is drowning with mental illness ,as I am a neurodivergent person I always share my thoughts openly without masking.The reason for my mental illness is gut feelings , when thoughts get overwhelmed it affects gut microbiome disturbing digestive system.My gut feelings are not always negative but during this full moon my energy got more drained with thoughts, when it’s overwhelmed my gut microbiome becomes weak it suppress my digestive system with more growth of parasites, what are parasites many people know that but how it affects gut not all can sense it. What parasites does to your gut you cannot even imagine, parasites are the worms which kills good bacteria it gives space for growth of bad bacteria, when growth of bad bacteria are more in gut it affects our immune system, nutrition value , we cannot be active , feeling fatigue, tiredness, bloating, gases ,abdominal pain, sometimes gas stuck in esophagus, disturbing throat, eating ,swallowing food becomes difficult. gas reflux causes breathing abnormalities. GERD ( Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease ) cannot be ignored. I want to request doctors that don’t believe in superstitions but believe in the facts which are experienced by many autistic individuals. We get overwhelmed with thoughts during the full moon which is affecting the gut microbiome. Firstly I don’t give any such information without experiencing it , few days back during full moon I was so overwhelmed with emotions that was not easy to handle, I read the fear of my future, as a son what are my duties i am not able to do, this grief was eating me inside, gustatory sense was pulling me to have more food , you may be thinking why I am overeating? It was because of a gustatory imbalance. I am always a foodie so Neha started scolding me ,it also disturbed me very much. She was right in her place but I failed in expressing myself at that moment. I was totally lost, I was not conscious about my behavior, I hit my head , daddy was not getting any clue how to protect himself from me ,I scratched him badly, but Neha (my mom) was more conscious ,she held both my palms tightly and gave a deep compression, it relaxed my mind. Understanding autistic behavior is not so easy but Neha( my mom) did a great job. Not every full moon is overwhelmed with negative emotions. Sometimes it may be positive , it takes four to five days to come to normal state.Test your gut feelings when the full moon is near , if any negative thoughts in your dream are disturbing you with nightmares then be very careful with your thoughts, it’s the sign of something bad going to happen to you or the people around you. - Don’t hold thoughts, share it with your dear ones
- Your gut health will be getting disturbed so intake more probiotics
- Holding urine for a long time is dangerous so pass urine as much as you can , anxiety level reduces with passing urine.
- Breathing exercises helps to be grounded so do breathing exercises
- Avoid going out during full moon if your positive energy is low because aura affects environment and environment affects your mental health
- We all are the reflection of energies, gut feelings gives you the sense of clarity and direction in decision making, so it should be cleared with discussion.
- Music, meditation helps to deal with overwhelmed emotions .
Tears in my heart now when I am writing this article ,I am a little anxious , nervous but my experience may help many autistic families.
